Jeff Parker grew up in Decatur, AL, and attended the University of Alabama in Huntsville School of Civil Engineering. After college, he started an Automotive Collision Center with his father. Realizing that property and land development was his passion, he decided to pursue real estate full-time. He obtained his license and was affiliated with Coldwell Bank Commercial McLain Real Estate in Huntsville, AL where he was awarded the Gold Circle of Distinction Award in 2004 from Coldwell Banker Corporate for being #1 in commercial sales for the State of Alabama. He received the Bronze Circle of Distinction Award in 2005 for being #3 in commercial sales for the State of Alabama. In 2006, he obtained his Broker’s License and started Parker Real Estate, LLC, where he continues today in commercial sales and as Broker/Owner. In addition, he is involved in developing both commercial projects and residential subdivisions in North Alabama.

Jeff has served on the Boards of Decatur Heritage Christian Academy, The Enrichment Center, and the former First American Bank. He has served terms as the President/Past President for the Morgan County Chamber of Commerce. In addition, he has chaired the finance committee at First Baptist Church of Decatur. he currently participates in a mentoring program for high school students, sharing lessons he has learned that lead to success, personally and professionally.

Jeff has a passion for spending time on the water. Offshore fishing and boating are two of his favorite activities to take part in outside of the office, as well as spending time with his family. He and his wife, Cathy, have four children and are members of First Baptist Church of Decatur.

Jackson serves as the qualifying broker for Parker Real Estate. He manages a large portfolio of commercial properties across North Alabama, with active involvement in leasing, asset management, property management, and new development.

A Decatur native, Jackson holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, a Master of Science in Finance, and a Master of Business Administration, all from Auburn University. 

Jackson is actively involved in the North Alabama community and is passionate about investing in the next generation of leaders and creating quality commercial spaces that allow local businesses to thrive. He serves on the Downtown Decatur Redevelopment Authority board, the Decatur-Morgan County Chamber of Commerce board, mentors student entrepreneurs through the Decatur Morgan CEO Program, and participates as a host company for the Decatur City Schools Foundation Launch internship program. 

Jackson and his wife, Katie, are members of First Baptist Church of Decatur and are proud to call Decatur home, where they are raising their young daughter. In his free time, Jackson enjoys offshore fishing and general aviation flying.
